Global investment firm AllianceBernstein will anchor its global headquarters at Fifth + Broadway, the 6.2-acre mixed-use development in downtown Nashville.
OliverMcMillan Spectrum|Emery LLC is developing Fifth + Broadway.
AllianceBernstein will be the lead office tenant at 501 Commerce, Fifth + Broadway’s Class-A office tower. The company will lease 205,000 square feet here, occupying floors 18 to 25, the top levels of the tower.
By 2024, AllianceBernstein expects to complete all phases of its move, bringing about 1,050 corporate office jobs to its new headquarters building.
The Fifth + Broadway project also includes the 55,000-square-foot National Museum of African American Music, 200,000 square feet of entertainment and retail and 386 residential units. The development is set to open in the middle of 2020.
