Investors Realty, Inc. closed the sale of Twin Creek Shopping Center in Bellevue, Nebraska, for $13.6 million. The property was sold by River Village Twin Creek LLC to Classic Street Partners, LLC.
Situated at the intersection of 36th Street and Highway 370, the portfolio consists of eight retail properties totaling 83,085 square feet, offering excellent visibility along the Highway 370 corridor.
Ember Grummons of Investors Realty represented the seller in the transaction. Tim Kerrigan, Grant Kobes and Jarrot Simon, also of Investors Realty, represented the buyer.
