Investors Realty sold the Wolf Creek Shopping Center in Bellevue, Nebraska, for $15.675 million. Viking Partners was the seller, while BV Wolf Creek, LLC, was the buyer. This was the second time Investors Realty has sold Wolf Creek in the past two years.

Viking Partners purchased the property in 2017. At the time, Gordmans had just declared bankruptcy and the property was 45 percent vacant. Viking retenanted the former Gordmans space with Ross Dress for Less, Five Below and Dollar Tree and took the property to market as a stabilized asset.

The shopping center contains 116,633 square feet. Other tenants include Petco, Joann Fabrics, Verizon Wireless and Game Stop.

Ember Grummons of Investors Realty represented the seller and procured the buyer.
