Investors Realty has sold the Candlewood Hills retail center in Omaha, Nebraska, for $4.7 million.
Royce Candlewood WR LLC was the seller. A local buyer was the purchaser.
Located at 124th Plaza and West Dodge Frontage Road, the 11,700-square-foot property has excellent visibility to West Dodge Road and is near Omaha’s busiest Costco.
