Investors Realty sold the 16820 Frances Street Office Building in Omaha, Nebraska, for more than $4.5 million.
Jasper Stone APG LLC was the seller. NE Obliviscaris LLC was the buyer.
The 33,700-square-foot building is located near the intersection of 168th Street and West Center Road, and was completely leased at closing.
