Investors Realty has sold the Stateline Point Shopping Center in Kansas City, Missouri, for $11.6 million.
Jasper Stone Stateline Station LLC was the seller. Jared Properties, LLC, was the buyer. The property contained 162,000 square feet.
Tenants at the shopping center included Gordmans, Michaels, Big Lots and Lucas Liquor.
Ember Grummons, CCIM of Investors Realty, represented the seller, while David Havens of Jared Commercial represented the purchaser.
