Investors Realty has fully leased the former Gordmans distribution center at 9202 F St. in Omaha, Nebraska.
G&I IX Specialty Ret LLC was the lessor. Airlite Plastics Co Inc and Marianna Industries Inc were the lessees.
Left vacant by Gordmans retail stores after its parent company Stage Stores filed for bankruptcy, the property underwent a substantial multimillion-dollar renovation led by Investors Realty’s project management team.
Upon completion of the renovation, the leasing team led by Kevin Stratman was able to secure two tenants to long-term leases.
Centrally located just off 96th and F streets, adjacent to I-80, the 267,495-square-foot warehouse/distribution building was an attractive option for tenants seeking space in a tight industrial market.
Stratman, Clint Seemann and Ryan Zabrowski of Investors Realty represented the lessor. Paul LaFave of CBRE, represented Marianna Industries Inc., which leased 81,090 squre feet. Airlite Plastics Co Inc. was unrepresented in its lease for 186,405 square feet.
