Ember Grummons with Omaha’s Investors Realty recently sold 31,541 square feet of retail shopping space located at the entrance to the Independence Center Mall in Independence, Mo.
The retail space sold for $4.735 million.
The shops that Grummons sold were 100-percent occupied by national and regional tenants. The Independence Mall is one of the largest shopping centers in the Kansas City market.
