Investors Realty has brokered the $16 million-plus sale of the Centro Plaza shopping center in Lincoln, Neb.
The center is a 115,495-square-foot retail property at the intersection of 48th and Vine streets in Lincoln.
TJ Maxx currently occupies the plaza, while Michaels, Designer Shoe Warehouse and Beauty Brands have executed leases and plan to occupy space formerly occupied by Best Buy. The buyer plans a renovation of the property.
Ember Grummons of Investors Realty represented the buyer, an affiliate of Integris Ventures in St. Louis.
