Investors Realty recently sold the Hy-Vee grocery store at 10808 Fort St. in Omaha for $10.48 million.
The seller was a California-based partnership. VEREIT Inc. was the buyer.
Ember Grummons represented the seller, and worked with Hy-Vee to extend the store’s lease to increase the property value before bringing the property to market.
The sale closed 48 days after execution of the purchase agreement.
