Investors Realty sells Omaha apartment complex for $11 million

Investors Realty, Inc. helped close the sale of Fredericksburg Apartments in Omaha for $11.17 million.

The 173-unit apartment complex is located at 10052 Wirt Plaza in Omaha. John Heine and RJ Neary of Investors Realty represented the seller.
