West Des Moines, Iowa-based CBRE|Hubbell Commercial and Hubbell Realty Company has hired Michael Macri as a broker.
During his real estate career, Macri is responsible for more than 2 million square feet of existing properties and development projects in Iowa and the Des Moines metropolitan area on behalf of landlords. He is also an active tenant representative for hundreds of companies.
Macri has also served as a national site selector for several companies in the financial services and medical fields.
Previously, Macri has served as director of real estate for Myriad Advisor Solutions and Business Transit Solutions. He has also served as a consultant for economic development for the City of Pleasant Hills, Iowa, and City of DeSoto, Iowa.
