West Des Moines, Iowa-based Hurd Real Estate acquired a $136.7 million portfolio of Hy-Vee properties. The acquisition includes 16 properties across five states, including grocery stores, convenience stores and a car wash.
The transaction includes eight Hy-Vee grocery stores, seven Hy-Vee convenience stores and one Hy-Vee car wash. The properties are located in Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri and Nebraska.
Hurd Real Estate now owns 50 Hy-Vee locations across seven states.
