Rocket Transfer Lofts, located south of MLK Jr. Parkway in downtown Des Moines, celebrated its grand opening July 23 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The 58-unit, $8 million, historic rehabilitation developed by Hubbell Realty Company is currently 100-percent leased.
Rocket Transfer Lofts opened for occupancy on June 30.
