Iowa’s R&R Realty Group makes pair of promotions

West Des Moines, Iowa-based R&R Realty Group has promoted two senior company leaders and shifted the roles of two others.

Adam Kaduce, former Managing Director and Senior Vice President of R&R’s brokerage subsidiary Real Estate Advisors, has been promoted to President. In this new role, Kaduce will oversee daily brokerage activities for all of R&R’s Iowa portfolio.

Kaduce joined R&R as an intern in 2009 and stayed on full-time after graduating from Drake Law School in 2012. As a member of R&R’s brokerage team, he has been responsible for some of the company’s largest and most extensive office, warehouse and retail leases.

Jeremy Shepherd, former Vice President of R&R’s development subsidiary Development Services Corporation, has been promoted to President. Shepherd joined R&R in 2019 after successful prior roles as a civil engineer with a focus on land development in the Denver, CO and Des Moines areas. A graduate of Iowa State University, he now oversees R&R’s development, construction and design activities across the Des Moines and Omaha metro areas.

Also announced by R&R is the promotion of Paul Rupprecht and Tom Rupprecht to the positions of Executive Vice President. Paul previously served as the President of REA and Tom served as the President of DSC. In their new roles, they will work closely with R&R President Mark Rupprecht to set strategy and corporate vision for the daily activities of R&R’s brokerage, development and construction, property management, investment and technology subsidiaries.
