IRA Capital acquired a 237,000-square-foot life-science campus consisting of four three-story interconnected buildings within Columbus, Ohio’s Easton submarket.
The property is close to Interstate-270 and John Glenn Columbus International Airport and sits across from Easton Town Center, a 1.7-mllion-square-foot mixed-use development.
The buildings are mostly leased to biopharmaceutical company Sarepta Therapeutics and house the company’s Gene Therapies Center of Excellence.
