IRA Capital has acquired an ambulatory surgery center of 11,200 square feet in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
The property is completely occupied by Wauwatosa Surgery Center, a partner of Surgical Care Associates. It has served as the surgery center’s exclusive location for more than 30 years.
The site provides a variety of outpatient services, including anethesiology, general surgery and orthopedic surgery. IRA acquired the property through a sale-leaseback that was structured with Surgical Care Associates and the physician owners of the property.
The surgery center has four operating rooms, multiple pre-op and post-op recovery areas and patient suites that allow for overnight stays. The facility is positioned near Milwaukee Regional Medical Center.
