IREM names new CEO

Denise LeDuc-Froemming, CAE, MBA, CPA has been named the CEO and EVP of Institute of Real Estate Management effective September 11, according to a statement from IREM.

LeDuc-Froemming brings more than 20 years experience to this role. Most recently she served as COO and CFO/EVP at the American Health Information Management Association. Between her work at AHIMA and the College of American Pathologists, she was responsible for building, leading and advising the organizations complex restructuring, market expectations and organizational transformation.

LeDuc-Froemming holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation conferred by the American Society of Association Executives, and the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) conferred by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She received a Bachelors of Science degree in business from Marquette University, as well an MBA from Northern Illinois University.
