Irgens has appointed Mike Syman as vice president of investments.
Based in Irgens’ Milwaukee office, Syman is responsible for all financial analysis for the company, including preparing and evaluating financial projections and pro formas for potential development projects; managing cash flow analyses of ongoing projects; and assessing the viability of refinancing and sale opportunities.
He also oversees financial reporting to management and lenders for Irgens at-risk projects and serves as the administrator for the Irgens client reporting website. Prior to Irgens, he was an accounting manager for a family-owned real estate management and development group in Menomonee Falls.
