Irgens and Schenck SC broke ground Sept. 27 at the Muir Woods Research & Technology Center at 10401 W. Innovation Drive in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Schenck serves as the anchor tenant and will occupy the entire top floor of the three-story, 85,000-square-foot building.
Muir Woods is a three-story office building with one level of underground parking. The building offers floor-to-ceiling windows filling the spaces with natural light, flexible 28,000-square-foot floor plates and a park-like setting surrounded by walking paths.
About 56,000 square feet remains available to lease.
