BMO Tower is a 25-story, Clas- A office development developed by Irgens and designed for the next generation workplace. The project is currently under construction and will open in December 2019. Anchor tenants include BMO Harris Bank, Michael Best & Friedrich and Heartland Advisors. Approximately 160,000 rentable square feet of office space and 12,000 square feet of retail space are available for lease.
