Irgens has named Mark Nicholson general manager of the new BMO Tower at 790 N. Water St. in downtown Milwaukee.
Nicholson will also serve as general manager for the current BMO building at 770 N. Water St. in Milwaukee.
Nicholson will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of both buildings. He previously served as the general manager of a 200,000-square-foot building where he managed $8.5 million in capital improvements and increased building occupancy by 30 percent. Before that, Nicholson oversaw the start-up of Milwaukee’s 833 E. Michigan office building.
