Irgens has sold the Actuant Corporation Headquarters building, an 81,503-square-foot Class-A, single-tenant office building located in Menomonee Falls, Wis., for $15.3 million.
The buyer was Actuant Menomonee, LLC, a real estate investment group.
Daniel Herrold of the Stan Johnson Company represented Irgens in the transaction, while Bradley Feller, also of the Stan Johnson Company, represented the buyer.
