Irgens recently sold six medical office buildings to investor Broadstone Real Estate in a $46.5 million deal. Four of the buildings are in the Milwaukee area, while a fifth sits in a Chicago suburb.
Stan Johnson Co. represented Irgens in the sale.
Milwaukee-area buildings in the sale are Greenfield Highlands Health Center in Greenfield, Sunnyslope Health Center in Brookfield, Westbrook Health Center in Waukesha and Springdale Health Center in Brookfield.
The deal also included the Edward Healthcare Center in Plainfield, Ill., and Banner Health Center in Goodyear, Ariz.
The sale includes a total of 124,000 square feet of building space.
