Iris Construction Services (ICS) has completed a project for Congress Professional Center Limited Partnership.
On behalf of owner Congress Professional Center Limited Partnership, Iris Construction completed office renovations on the facility in a 60 day time frame to meet tenant relocation requirements. This project consisted of removing 6,500 SF of existing office space and reconstructing new office area for therapy tenant PRA, Perakis, Resis, Woods & Assoc.
