ISS appointed industry leader Brian Velo as Senior Vice President of Sales for ISS North America. He will be based in the company’s Chicago office.
In this role, Velo will be responsible for delivering curated, experience-driven facility management, workplace and culinary solutions across the U.S. – accelerating the company’s growth by expanding relationships with existing clients and introducing new organizations to ISS’ offerings.
Velo will oversee a national team of professionals focused on delivering tailored, high-impact solutions for current and prospective ISS clients, providing guidance on sales strategy for national accounts across ISS.
Before joining ISS, Velo was responsible for enterprise solutions as senior managing director at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. Prior to that, at Cushman & Wakefield Global Occupier Services, Velo oversaw new business development for the eastern region of the U.S. as an executive vice president. He has also held consulting roles at both JLL and Deloitte, where he advised leaders on real estate facility operations and business strategy.
Velo holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado.
