J.C. Anderson has completed a 108,000-square-foot office/warehouse build-out for Glass Solutions, Inc. at 960 Maplewood Drive in Itasca, Illinois. The project consisted of a 23,000-square-foot office and an 85,000-square-foot warehouse.
Construction to the office included the addition of new private offices, a collaboration area, executive conference room, break room as well as new locker rooms. The warehouse was also built out to include all new electrical, LED lighting, life safety, roof top units and heating units. J.C. Anderson also re-worked the dock and delivery areas to create a more efficient flow.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by project executive Seth Erlich, assistant project manager Andrew Mott and superintendent Steve Perry. Scot Ferguson of Antunovich Associates provided the architectural services.
