J.C. Anderson, Inc. recently completed a 16,000 square foot office renovation for SunTrust Bank at 500 W. Madison (Citigroup Center) in Chicago.
SunTrust Bank, one of the nation’s largest financial services holding companies, is relocating to the Citigroup Center from another office location in Chicago. Founded in 1811, the Atlanta-based SunTrust Bank operates 1,665 retail branches and 2,924 ATMs located primarily in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
J.C. Anderson, Inc. was selected for the interior build-out of SunTrust’s Wealth Management Group at the prestigious Loop building, which included the demolition of the existing space to reconstruct a new layout and customized interior. The project featured the addition of private offices, a trading area, a large MDF in the server room as well as a social media center for incoming guests.
