Anderson has completed a space renovation and reconfiguration for Northwestern Mutual in Downers Grove, Illinois. The firm relocated 22,000 square feet from another floor within the same building. Located at 1901 Butterfield within Hamilton Partners’ Esplanade IV, Northwestern Mutual relocated from the 4th to the 3rd floor. J.C. Anderson reconfigured the new space to enhance the flow of operations consistent with the financial services industry. Anderson. “Our extensive corporate interior experience, along with our thorough value engineering exercises, ensured the client that we will not only achieve cost efficiencies, but also a space that fit their current and future requirements.” The Northwestern Mutual Insurance Company is an American financial services mutual organization based in Milwaukee, with local offices and affiliates throughout the country. Esplanade IV is an Energy Star-certified property with 24-hour surveillance, indoor parking and a convenient location near I-355 and I-88. J.C. Anderson’s Maguire oversaw the construction team which included Mike Ruffolo as project manager and Gary Kuechler as superintendent.
