J.C. Anderson has completed a 22,000-square-foot build-out for OMS National Insurance Company’s (OMSNIC) new headquarters at Woodfield Corporate Center, 425 Martingale Road in Schaumburg, Illinois. The medical professional liability insurance company relocated from Rosemont, Illinois.
The project was completed on an aggressive schedule and consisted of the removal of an existing staircase, which connected the floor below and the floor above to the new OMSNIC space. Construction also included the addition of two conference rooms and a large board room with AV communications capabilities.
“After considerable time and coordination to remove the existing staircase, we pushed through holidays and a tight deadline to ensure an early January move-in date for our client,” said J.C. Anderson project executive Seth Erlich. “It was a great team effort between us, JLL, NELSON and OMSNIC.”
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Erlich, project manager Andrew Mott and superintendent Steve Perry. NELSON provided the architectural services and JLL provided project management services.
