J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a 36,000 square foot build-out project of eight LifeStance Health locations in Chicago. LifeStance Health is one of the nation’s largest providers of virtual and in-person outpatient mental health care for children, adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of mental health conditions. Its mission is to help people lead healthier, more fulfilling lives by improving access to trusted, affordable and personalized mental healthcare.
The company employs approximately 4,000 psychiatrists, advanced practice nurses, psychologists and therapists and operates across 31 states and over 450 centers. J.C. Anderson was hired to complete the build-outs in Chicago, each approximately 4,500 square feet each, at 500 N. Michigan Avenue, 1616 N. Damen Avenue, 1 E. Erie Street, 1010 Leif Street, 1515 N. Halsted Street, 3976 N. Avondale Avenue, 2701 N. Southport Avenue and 2845 N. Sheridan Road. Construction included building-out the clinics to feature soft lighting, high-end finishes, treatment rooms and a waiting area with a refreshment bar.
“With material shortages, these eight-week build-outs were challenging to stay on track,” said J.C. Anderson Project Executive Joe Hynes. “We coordinated with the national vendors and did a lot of the install ourselves to keep the client on budget and on schedule.”
The J.C. Anderson team was led by Hynes, Project Manager Jason Hawkins and Superintendent Pat Piersanti. Onyx Creative provided the architectural services.
