J.C. Anderson has completed a lobby renovation at 303 West Madison Street in Chicago.
The project consisted of reconfiguring and replacing the security desk, replacing all lighting and new terrazzo flooring and paint throughout. J.C. Anderson added millwork and a light feature wall with specialty mesh fabric drapery, added new stone planter boxes and upgraded the security system.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson, Inc. was led by project executive Joe Maguire, project manager Mike Ruffolo and superintendent Mike Abbinante. Wright Heerema Architects provided the architectural services and CBRE is the project manager for ownership.
Located in Chicago’s West Loop on the southwest corner of Franklin and Madison streets, 303 West Madison is a boutique style 26-story, 310,880 square foot, Class A office building. Designed by renowned architects Skidmore, Owings, and Merill, the building is the 2004, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 winner of The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) Award for Chicago.
