J.C. Anderson has completed a 22,000-square-foot, full-floor office renovation project at Two Prudential Plaza in Chicago for global infrastructure and engineering firm, Gannett Fleming.
Gannett Fleming, who relocated from One Prudential Plaza, selected J.C. Anderson to build out its new office space on the 37th floor of Two Prudential Plaza. Construction included building out the space to create an efficient and collaborative office space. The new space features open office areas, private offices, meeting rooms, rustic hardware, perforated metal ceilings and a large training room separated from the new break room by a moveable glass partition which can be opened for events.
“Our goal was to create a new, updated home for our Gannett Fleming Chicago team. What we achieved in the end was a stunning home with breathtaking views beyond our expectations,” said Gannett Fleming administrative manager, Beth Barrett. “The J.C. Anderson team was responsive and thorough while bringing our plans to life. Mike Diduch was extremely agile and accommodating regarding our plan and changes we made along the way. Our project was right on schedule to boot!”
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by project executive Seth Erlich, project manager Andrew Mott and superintendent Mike Diduch. Eastlake Studio provided the architectural services and Amanda Matthews from Gola Corporate Real Estate Inc. provided project management services for Gannett Fleming’s team, led by John Kenny, Midwest market executive and Beth Barrett, business development administrative manager.
“There were a number of existing conditions and floor leveling issues we endured, which impacted the overall design,” said Mott. “The team worked together to resolve all of the issues to meet the design intent and complete a successful project.”
