J.C. Anderson has announced that the firm has completed an office renovation for Ampersand at 444 N. Michigan Avenue in Chicago.
Ampersand, the data-driven TV advertising sales and technology company, selected J.C. Anderson to complete a build-out to its news space on The Magnificent Mile. The build-out included reworking the breakroom, elevator lobby, reception area, board room and furniture and seating to feature the water and street views and lighten up the space.
Additionally, J.C. Anderson created two private call rooms from an unused closet, several open seating areas and a new café which has a modern feel with additional seating and a space to relax. Ampersand’s new space now features new millwork, lighting, finishes and paint throughout.
The J.C. Anderson team was led by Ruffolo along with Superintendent Gary Kuechler. INTERFORM provided the architectural services and Savills Studley represented property ownership.
