J.C. Anderson has completed a 30,824-square-foot office spec suite build-out for GlenStar Properties at 55 E. Monroe Street in Chicago.
Construction included the addition of open offices, pantries and conference rooms to the suites. The new spec suites feature metal mesh suspended ceilings, Acoustic Lightart lighting fixtures, glass office fronts with film and four different wall coverings throughout.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by project executive John Angelovich, project manager Adam Bellin and superintendent Joe Rojas. Nelson provided the architectural services and GlenStar provided the project management services.
Located one-half block west of Michigan Avenue, 55 E. Monroe is at the epicenter of Chicago’s government, financial, entertainment, technology and residential districts. The 1.3-million-square-foot office tower offers its tenants outstanding amenities and protected views of Lake Michigan, Grant Park, Millennium Park and the city skyline.
