J.C. Anderson has completed a 33,000-square-foot spec suite build-out for Beacon Capital Partners at 303 East Wacker Drive in Chicago.
303 East Wacker Drive is a 30-story, 944,000-square-foot building located on the riverfront in the east Loop submarket of Chicago. J.C. Anderson was hired to complete a build-out to the property’s spec suites on the 21st floor. Construction included the addition of offices, an on-site bar, lounge, training spaces and conference rooms.
Branded “The Hive”, the ready to use suites are move-in ready within 24 hours and can accommodate multiple tenants ranging from 1,600 square feet up to 5,100 square feet.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Hynes, Project Manager Jason Hawkins and Superintendent Steve Perry. Whitney Architects provided the architectural services and Kent Consulting provided the engineering services.
