J.C. Anderson Inc. completes 50,000-square-foot build-out for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney

J.C. Anderson Inc. has completed a 50,000-square-foot remodel on behalf of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.

Located at 70 W. Madison in Chicago, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney provides clients with financial consulting and retirement services. Their internal construction manager selected J.C. Anderson Inc. to complete renovations for the office situated on the 51^st and 52^nd floors. The phased remodel included the construction of millwork office fronts with tinted glass, fabric wall-coverings, raised flooring and carpet tile throughout. J.C. Anderson Inc. also implemented a new ceiling with direct/indirect lighting.
