J.C. Anderson, Inc. has been selected to complete a 4,000-square-foot office renovation for Global Relay Communications, Inc. at 221 N. LaSalle St. in Chicago.
Global Relay Communications, Inc., a provider of cloud-based electronic message archiving, supervision, and eDiscovery solutions for the global financial sector, will be relocating its Chicago office location from 233 S. Wacker Drive to the 33rd floor of the building on LaSalle Street.
The build-out of the new space will include high-end finishes and a substantial amount of back-painted glass. It will also feature an open ceiling concept with new lighting, MEP systems, and an automatic sprinkler system.
The J.C. Anderson, Inc. construction team is led by Chief Operating Officer Steven Boulukos and Senior Project Manager Seth Erlich. PGAI Design Partners LLC is providing the architectural services.
