J.C. Anderson has completed an office renovation for Advantax, Inc. at 2500 Westfield Drive in Elgin, Illinois.
Founded in 1994, Advantax offers corporate property tax consulting, specializing in compliance, personal, real estate, software and valuation services. Relocating from 200 W. River Drive in St. Charles, J.C. Anderson was hired to complete a build-out for the firm’s new Elgin headquarters.
Construction included the addition of private offices, a board room, café, as well as a high-end production/mail room. Advantax’s new space also features a collaborative break room with new finishes throughout. The J.C. Anderson team was led by Mike Ruffolo and Superintendent Ryan Kingsmill. BOX Studios provided the architectural services and Savills represented property ownership.
