J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete a spec suite build-out for JLL at 222 South Riverside Plaza in Chicago.
Located in Chicago’s West Loop, 222 South Riverside Plaza is a 40-story, one-million-square-foot, Class A office building. J.C. Anderson was hired to complete a build-out to the property’s spec suites on the 22nd and 24th floors. Construction will include renovating two spec suites to include new paint and flooring throughout with natural carpet and a splash of color accents. Once complete, spec suite 2250 will feature a futuristic 3D wallcovering to lighten the atmosphere with pops of color; and spec suite 2450 will feature new reception millwork with Soelberg wall panels.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Project Executive Joe Maguire, Project Manager Mike Ruffolo and Superintendent Gary Kuechler.
