Relocating from 200 W. Adams, The Chicago Public Education Fund and their landlord selected J.C. Anderson to complete a 7,600-square-foot build-out to its new office space. Construction will include private offices along with a divisible conference room. Scheduled for completion in Q1 2021, the space will feature large modular high collaboration conference rooms, modern break room, private offices and open workstation areas.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by project executive John Angelovich, project manager Matt Kantro and superintendent Mark Zwadaka.
