Jack Houze has joined Sterling Bay Companies as director of property management to oversee the company’s 7.0-million-square-foot commercial portfolio.
Mr. Houze most recently served as a senior director at CBRE where he was in charge of property management for the firm’s 40-million-square-foot Chicago area portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties. Earlier this year, he guided his team to two International TOBY awards at 250 South Wacker Drive in Chicago and Atrium Corporate Center in Rolling Meadows.
“Jack is a respected leader with a history of service excellence. I am confident that his extensive experience in the industry will help grow Sterling Bay’s property management platform,” said Principal Andy Gloor.
