Jackson Dearborn Partners announces hiring of Todd Giampetroni

Jackson Dearborn Partners, a real estate investment and development company based in Chicago, has hired Todd Giampetroni as director of acquisitions and asset management.

Giampetroni brings with him nearly 15 years of real estate experience in valuation services, financing, acquisitions and asset management across multiple product types. Most recently he served as vice president at Lutz Real Estate Investments where he was instrumental in the acquisition of the firm’s student housing portfolio of nearly 3,000 beds. He previously spent three years at NPV Advisors and holds a BA from the University of Michigan.

“We could not be more excited to welcome Todd to the team. We have known him for many years and not only is his skill set and experience perfectly aligned with our company ambitions, he’s a tremendous cultural fit as well,” said Ryan Tobias, partner and co-founder of Jackson Dearborn. At Jackson Dearborn, Giampetroni will lead new initiatives to improve existing operations while also tasked with growing the portfolio, seeking opportunities in student housing and multifamily, primarily across the firm’s current geographic footprint in the Midwest and Mountain West. He will be working directly with Partner Ryan Tobias out of the company’s regional office in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
