Walter Murphy and Brian Vanosky, both principals of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, represented building ownership, KTR Capital Partners, and Joe Lauinger of Mohr Partners represented the tenant in the transaction.
Separately, Master Spring & Wire Form Company purchased a 19,488-square-foot industrial building located at 1340 Ardmore Ave. in Itasca. Jeff Janda, principal, and Mike Plumb, senior vice president, of Lee & Associates of Illinois represented the seller, Prologis, and Ed Brandt of Newmark Knight Frank Epic represented the buyer in the transaction.
