James Vozza has joined CBRE Capital Markets‘ Business Lending team as Vice President.
Business Lending is a unit within CBRE Capital Markets that focuses on the owner-occupied and the private capital real estate space. Based in Schaumburg, Illinois, Mr. Vozza will cover the Midwest territory, primarily focused on the Chicago, Illinois, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Minneapolis, Minnesota, markets.
CBRE’s Business Lending team originates small balance owner occupied loans under the SBA’s (7a) and 504 programs. Business Lending will also originate small balance loans through its network of national lenders that focus on the private capital commercial (non-owner occupied) space.
