Emanuel Grivas has joined Jameson Commercial as a multifamily, mixed-use and commercial real estate broker.
He advises his clients on the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets in support of their long-term goals.
Prior to joining Jameson Commercial, Grivas was an investment associate of Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group and Net-Leased Properties Group specializing in retail and net-leased assets in the city and suburbs.
Grivas is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a host committee member of Urban Initiatives, a non-profit organization that provides programs to Chicago Public Schools.
