Clark Patterson and Michael Shiff of Jameson Commercial represented both the buyer and seller in closing a multifamily portfolio of 17 apartment units and 15 car parking on a 100- by 200-foot residential lot at 2119-21 and 2129 N. Campbell.
The purchase price was $2.4 million for the two neighboring buildings. The property was fully stabilized with zero vacancy at closing. The buyers, Campbell Street Asset Management, whose key principals include Joshua Krueger and Gabe Horstick, have targeted the West Bucktown submarket as an area with long-term upside potential due to its proximity to Bucktown, Logan Square and public transportation.
