Jameson Commercial has brought in Broker Associate’s, Enrique Guadalupe Broker and Tom Bueltmann.
Enrique joins the Jameson commercial team, and is currently specializing in investment sales throughout Chicago and the immediate surrounding suburbs. Enrique began his career in the real estate industry working for a residential investment company in 2003, and a year later, started his own firm to purchase investment property.
Tom joins Jameson Commercial’s Office Group, and brings over 8 years of real estate experience with him. Bueltmann has been involved in a variety of property transactions, including office, retail, and industrial. His clients have ranged from large, publicly traded REITs, private investors, and municipalities, to law firms, digital advertising companies, and shared suite operators.
