Justin Collins joined Jameson Commercial in January 2011. His primary focus is small to mid-market commercial properties in both sales and leasing of loft office, office, specialty office, industrial, warehouse, and flex use types. He also has experience in wide variety of other commercial real estate such as retail, mixed use developments, and vacant land. While the past few years have been tough ones for commercial realtors/brokers in general, Justin has excelled in this environment – closing on over 150 executed leases and sales during that three-year time period. He attributes his success to extremely hard work and diligent follow up with every prospect. Justin has worked with tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers, so whether its a 1000 SF lease or $4,000,000 transaction, he works with the same passion every day, every deal.
