Jameson Commercial’s Clark Patterson recently completed the sale of 2310 W. Jackson Blvd., Chicago, for $1.7 million.
The property is a nine-unit new construction apartment building on the near west side of Chicago. The property was originally constructed to be sold as individual condos and was completed in 2011 as a rental building. It is made up of two four-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex units, four two-bedroom, two-bathroom units, two three-bedroom, two-bathroom units, and one two-bedroom, two-and-a half-bathroom duplex unit with a private roof deck.
